Acceptable Use Policy
Effective April 2026 · Applies to all users of Linkx-AI
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all users of Linkx-AI services, including web applications, APIs, email infrastructure, and all associated features. By accessing or using Linkx-AI, you agree to comply with this policy.
Violations may result in account suspension, service termination, or legal action. Subscription fees are typically non-refundable in cases of serious violations.
1.1Illegal or harmful use
You may not use Linkx-AI services to store, process, distribute, display, or otherwise facilitate illegal or harmful content and activities, including:
Promoting or facilitating illegal gambling operations
Distribution or possession of child exploitation material
Drug trafficking or promotion of illegal substances
Money laundering or terrorist financing
Weapons trafficking or facilitation of violence
Human trafficking or exploitation
1.2Email abuse
Linkx-AI provides email management and integration features intended for legitimate business communications. You may not use these features for spam, unsolicited communications, or any form of email abuse.
Sending emails with forged, obfuscated, or misleading headers
Spoofing legitimate business domains or email addresses
Impersonating individuals, companies, or organizations without authorization
Using deceptive "From" addresses to trick recipients
1.3Security violations
You may not attempt to compromise Linkx-AI infrastructure, access unauthorized content, conduct security attacks, or engage in malicious activities against our systems or other users.
Accessing accounts, workspaces, or data without proper authorization
Using credentials that do not belong to you
Attempting to bypass authentication mechanisms or security controls
Modifying, deleting, or altering data that does not belong to you
1.4Network & service abuse
You may not abuse Linkx-AI resources or infrastructure in ways that degrade performance, availability, or quality of service for other users (e.g. DoS / DDoS, protocol-level attacks, traffic flooding).
Linkx-AI ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered business management platform for sole entrepreneurs and SMEs across France, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, the UAE, and West Africa. We provide integrated solutions for email, invoicing, CRM, HR, project management, procurement, finance, and regulatory compliance.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. It applies to all visitors to our website, users of our platform, and anyone who interacts with Linkx-AI services.
2.1Account & registration data
Name, company name, and business sector
Email address and phone number
Postal address (for billing & compliance)
Encrypted password
Industry details and business registration
Tax identification numbers (where required by law)
Payment information is never stored by Linkx-AI directly. We use PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe, Checkout.com, Amazon Payment Services) to handle all card & payment data.
2.2Business data & content
You own all content you create in your Linkx-AI workspace. We only access this data to provide services, perform necessary system maintenance, or with your explicit permission. This includes contacts, invoices, HR documents, projects, emails, procurement and inventory data.
2.3Browser & device data
When you access our platform, we automatically collect IP address & geolocation, browser/device info, pages visited, time and duration of visits, and referring source. This helps us optimize performance and detect security threats.
2.4Email integration data
If you connect your email account, we collect addresses, OAuth tokens (encrypted), metadata, and content (with your permission). Emails are processed via Microsoft 365 Business Basic (receiving) and Resend (transactional). Neither we nor these providers use your email data for marketing.
2.5Data retention
Workspace data is retained as long as your account is active
On deletion, data is removed from live systems immediately; backups retained 30 days for disaster recovery
After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
Billing/tax records may be retained up to 7 years where required by law

3.2High-availability architecture
Tier-III certified data centers with N+1 redundancy for power, cooling, and network. Each customer database has real-time synchronous replication across hardware and network paths, with automatic failover within seconds of primary database failure.
